Fantastic company, we were in a muddle with a flooded road and event about to start, one call to Cargate and the problem was resolved. Thank you.

I recently used Cargate Engineering for the first time and had a great experience. Booking was simple and straightforward, and the ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly. The young gentleman who came to service my treatment plant was polite, professional, and left everything clean and in good order. I will definitely continue to use Cargate Engineering in the future

I used Cargate for the first time this week to resolve septic tank issues. They visited my property twice and on both occasions were beyond helpful. Took the time to run through issues, advise and remedy, all in a polite and courteous manner. It's not often these days that i use a company and walk away thinking how bloody good they've been but Cargate are the exception to the rule. Absolutely first class and i'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing septic tank resolutions.

Mark

First Class! Now I've found you I wont go anywhere else.

We had a routine empty of our septic tank. Really happy with the service and price. The after report, invoice and waste transfer note was emailed after for our records. Great company, professional service. will use again for sure.

Maybe it’s because I’m getting old (71) but it seems harder and harder to find businesses you can really trust! Well . . . just found a really good genuine 5 Star one! Needed my septic tank emptying, and I know it’s big (and old, bit like me) and decided to give Cargate Engineering a try as they appear to have a good reputation. Booked 1000 gallon as that seems ‘normal’. Lovely tanker driver, very friendly, helpful and informative. Unfortunately 1000 gallons didn’t drop the level a great deal, and certainly not enough to get the tank back to its working level. The driver (wish I had asked his name) phoned through to the office and although this was the first time I had used them they gave him the go ahead to take another 1000 out, which filled his tanker to capacity! The septic tank still wasn’t down to a working level! But they fitted me into their schedule and emptied the lorry, coming straight back to take another load to get the level below the over flows. Brilliant company and brilliant driver, they bent over backwards to provide a great service, putting themselves under pressure by fitting the extra load into the same day so the tank could start working correctly again. Well done and THANK YOU. Richard F

Great company. I had a problem with a sewage treatment plant which had stopped working. Cargate Engineering managed to sort it out and get me back up and running in one day. Excellent service.
